His programs for sets and reps, such as they were, were generally correct though this ultimately differs from lifter to lifter. I am judging the book because it reads like a series of cokplete grade level conversations which is really what each chapter is–dialogues with no context whatsoever.

He covered all the important topics keep reading to see what they were all about. McCallum also visited and corresponded with many of the most famous weight men of the time in order to find out the real scoop about how they trained.
